SysTrack’s automated reporting model includes interactive facilities as well as web-based
status reports and dashboards. Multiple dashboards may be maintained and delivered for different
audiences. An alarming model can operate notifications on a standalone basis, or may be
integrated with most enterprise management suites and help desk ticketing systems.
SysTrack includes application forwarding capabilities that allow it to work transparently
across cloud, WAN and LAN with minimal or no firewall configuration or changes. Full remote
capabilities allow diagnostics for remote sites and from off-site locations.
SysTrack is easy to learn. SysTrack administrators get started quickly, with a low learning
curve. More advanced administrators can utilize more sophisticated features that fully leverage
their experience. The same suite components may be leveraged across all application delivery
and server mechanisms. For example, user audit records traverse the enterprise, including
logins from VDI, terminal server, physical desktop and server sessions in an integrated view.
Desktops delivered from a cloud are also available for inclusion in this consistent management view.
