Potential candidates must have a technical background and excellent customer facing skills. Qualified Candidates will be assisting and interacting daily with system administrators, DBA’s, group managers and troubleshooting SysTrack software as installed at customer sites.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer phone calls and respond to incoming customer emails
  • Install and upgrade Lakeside SysTrack software at customer sites
  • Troubleshoot technical IT issues related to Lakeside SysTrack functionality
  • Examine software and service logs
  • Collaborate with Technical Support Team members
  • Navigate customer environments while on remote session via collaboration tools
  • Document all customer/partner/internal interactions using case tracking software
  • Write Knowledge Base Articles on complex software/hardware interactions
  • Perform special projects as required

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT administration
  • General network troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of client-side DNS, DHCP
  • Strong Problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Some virtualization administration experience (Xen or VMware)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Database Experience (Microsoft SQL Server)
  • SQL query authoring experience
  • Knowledge of Citrix management
  • Knowledge of VMware management
  • Experience in large scale (500+ users/devices) IT Datacenter Support
  • Programming/Data Structures (PowerShell, VBScript)
  • Software installation
  • System hardware troubleshooting
  • Network infrastructure (Switches, Routers, Firewalls)
  • MCSE/MCP/CCA/VCP
  • Degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Active Directory / Group Policy
  • Multilingual
