Engagements allow you to interact with your end-users to offer different resolutions to issues that are most appropriate for them; for example, do you want to fix this now or at the end of your day when you don’t have applications open? Other engagements can be, for example, asking if automation should run or if the user would prefer instructions to perform the process themselves.
Surveys in SysTrack’s intelligent edge platform allow you to ask users questions, and there are many features in SysTrack to perform this. One area is a complete survey editor that enables you to ask questions with different types of answers from free text, option pick lists, and radio button marks out of ten.
Additional intelligent edge features include sentiment analysis so you can gauge whether free text answers are positive or negative without reading every word each user has written. This feature allows you to lower the number of questions, which typically results in a higher response rate.
Surveys can be sent to only a portion of the users and will often be sent to users or devices that meet your criteria—for example, only twenty percent of the users who used Visio this month.
