NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor; Eligibility. Sponsored by Lakeside Software, LLC, 2 Oliver Street, Suite 700, Boston, MA 02109 (“Sponsor”). Open to residents of the United States (including D.C.), the United Kingdom, Canada (excluding Quebec), Australia, Germany, Ireland, France, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Austria, and Switzerland who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Void wehre prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
2. Promotion Period; How to Enter. The Sweepstakes runs from September 10, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. ET through September 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET. To enter, complete the customer feedback survey distributed after Sponsor’s product webinar on September 10, 2026. Alternatively, email [email protected] with your full name, country of residence, and “Webinar Sweepstakes Entry” in the subject line during the Promotion Period. One entry per person by either method; both methods are equally eligible.
3. Drawing; Prizes. Three (3) winners will be selected by random drawing on or about September 30, 2026, and notified by email. Each winner receives one Amazon gift card valued at approximately $200 USD (or local currency equivalent), redeemable on the Amazon storefront applicable to the winner’s country of residence. Total prize value: $600 USD. Prizes are non-transferable; no cash equivalent. Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable value if fulfillment is unavailable in a winner’s jurisdiction. Winners who do not respond within three (3) business days of notification, or who are found ineligible, may forfeit their prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes.
4. General Conditions; Release. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. By accepting a prize, winners release Sponsor, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims arising from participation or prize acceptance. Sponsor may cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or other factors impair its integrity. Nothing in these rules excludes mandatory consumer protection or statutory rights in the entrant’s jurisdiction.
5. Privacy. Entry data (name, email, country) will be used solely to administer this Sweepstakes and deleted within ninety (90) days of prize fulfillment unless law requires otherwise. See Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at www.lakesidesoftware.com/privacy-statement. Entrants in the UK, EEA, Switzerland, and Australia: Sponsor processes your data on the basis of legitimate interest. You may access, correct, delete, or port your data, or object to processing, by emailing [EMAIL ADDRESS]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
