Lakeside Pride ERG is an employee-led group that drives awareness, education, and support for Lakeside Software’s LGBTQIA+ community, advocates, and allies, offering a safe place to ask questions, generate discussions, and help educate each other. Our mission is one of sharing insights and ensuring LGBTQIA+ support across Lakeside Software as it exists today and as we continue to build our inclusive vision, together.

Lakeside’s Parents’ Network ERG is an employee-led group who is passionate about fostering a welcoming environment for our working parents, future parents, caregivers, and allies. Our mission is to raise awareness and amplify these voices as we endeavor to continuously improve upon parental benefits and our employment experience. We do this by sharing parenting hacks and insights, education, and age-appropriate activities; offering compassion for common struggles; and demonstrating appreciation for who we are not only professionally with the “four walls” of our workspace, but in our various roles outside of our workday.

Lakeside’s People Leader Community is a space for our leaders to meet regularly for structured learnings and informal discussions that shape and sharpen their people management skills. Topics range from having effective coaching conversations to weaving DE&I practices into the fabric of their daily interactions with their teams. Our commitment and investment in this community impacts the growth and development of all Lakesiders, and it all starts with the cultivation of high performing managers.
