Why the endpoint? Because critical I.T. functions are being outsourced and managed by third parties, reduced visibility into network transactions, data center transactions, and overall I.T. managed infrastructure use is inevitable. Therefore, an employee’s workspace, the endpoint, has become the most privileged point of view I.T. can have into the state and the health of an increasingly scattered I.T. environment.
The result is a score that is normalized and supports the end user. You can then run comparisons across teams and groups of users, and one that the I.T. teams can work with to improve the business productivity of those who matter most: the end-users.
