Enhancing Our Commitment in EMEA through Global Partner Ecosystem

Lakeside adds three strategic partner directors focused on Europe, Middle East, and Africa 

Europe, Middle East, and Africa have long been regions of growth for Lakeside Software. With customers in more than 30 countries, we’ve been dedicated to building our global team, most recently with an announcement of our expansion into the DACH region.

To best serve our global customers, Lakeside has developed a robust partner ecosystem throughout EMEA. Our partner programme is a critical part of our offering that allows us to continue our efforts in helping optimise IT environments and deliver end-to-end visibility. Working with partners around the world, we can give everyone a better view of the entire IT estate.

To further our commitment to the EMEA partner network, Lakeside has expanded its global partner team with three key hires. Pierre Bousaleh, Shannon van Dulken, and Mario Schuld have joined the company as partner directors. These strategic hires underscore our commitment to enhancing our global partner ecosystem and extending its reach to new regions and customers.

Bousaleh joins as partner director for the Nordics, Benelux and Middle East. Bousaleh is a dynamic global sales and marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience in ecosystem transformation, strategic alliances, and revenue generation. With deep expertise in global partnerships, growth strategy, and demand generation, Bousaleh is passionate about leveraging technology for innovation and solving complex business challenges.

van Dulken joins as partner director for the U.K, Ireland, and Southern Europe. van Dulken has a pedigree in establishing and driving strategy, growth, and expansion of partner ecosystems.  She joins Lakeside with more than 15 years of experience in the FinTech space across banking and capital markets in both New York and London. She is passionate about building a robust, varied, and healthy ecosystem centered around collaboration.

Schuld joins as partner director for the DACH region and Eastern Europe. Schuld brings nearly 25 years of IT and channel experience with a background in sales, marketing, management, and business development. He is passionate about people, building lasting and sustainable relationships and generally building something new while having an impact.
