SysTrack’s intelligent software automatically detects personas for each user based on their role and work style. The persona role for the user categorizes users based on their total resource load into task worker, knowledge worker, or power user. The workstyle component categorizes users based on their I.T. usage, for example, deskbound and non-deskbound. Both elements combine to make the persona in SysTrack – this allows you to group any of the outputs from SysTrack as well as identify the persona’s critical applications (very helpful to know before upgrade projects)
Personas allow you to set goals based on your different types of users, and helpfully, SysTrack’s intelligent edge platform will ensure all users are in the correct persona every day. Users that change persona often requires differing I.T. resources, so you can be proactive using personas in SysTrack.
You can find out which persona each user is in and see the most frequently used applications for each persona, as well as a list of all applications that the persona uses. SysTrack can also create groups based on personas, allowing a range of new analyses.
